Hello food creators and food lovers, who does not love food right? We all live busy lives, juggling work, children, family, hobbies and everything else in between. Where is the time to cook good quality fresh food? Ready meals are easy right, pre-packaged and slam in the microwave or oven. But are ready meals the best way to fuel our bodies and feed our children, I am sure anyone would agree freshly prepared food is always the best solution. After all we are what we eat, what we choose to eat affects our physical and mental health.

I am from the United Kingdom and my Wife is from Thailand, I just love Thai food there is just so much flavour and vibrancy. I also love a good old Indian curry as many of us do.
I hope some of my blogs help those that want to rustle up a meal in just 15 minutes, and then there are dishes that do take time and effort to prepare but all worth the hard work when you see those smiles on the people enjoying what you have just cooked.
Finally I have just purchased a wood fired pizza oven, its amazing and a great investment. I am still experimenting with this so bare with me but I will post my dishes over the coming weeks and months.
